Get up to 30% off on Medicines
Orders placed through the Platform may be cancelled by the User prior to confirmation and processing by the dispensing Partner Pharmacy. Once an order has been accepted and processing or dispatch has commenced, cancellation may not be permitted, particularly in respect of prescription medicines, temperature-sensitive Products, or Products that are subject to statutory restrictions on return under applicable pharmaceutical laws. The Company and the Partner Pharmacy reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of prescription invalidity, unavailability of stock, pricing errors, regulatory concerns, suspected misuse, or any circumstance that renders fulfilment unlawful or impracticable.
In light of the nature of pharmaceutical Products and applicable regulatory requirements, medicines once dispensed and delivered are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the Product delivered is materially different from what was ordered, is expired at the time of delivery, is damaged, tampered with, defective, or otherwise unfit for consumption at the time of receipt. Any such issue must be reported within a reasonable period from delivery, along with appropriate supporting evidence, to enable verification. Refunds, where approved, shall be processed to the original mode of payment within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
Delivery charges shall ordinarily be non-refundable; however, where cancellation or return is attributable to an error in dispensing, supply of an incorrect or defective Product, or a fulfilment failure not caused by the User, the corresponding delivery charges may be refunded along with the Product value. No refund shall be issued where non-delivery or return arises from incorrect information provided by the User, refusal to accept delivery without valid cause, or failure of the User to comply with prescription requirements.
The Company's role in facilitating refunds is limited to coordinating with the dispensing Partner Pharmacy and payment service providers, and the ultimate responsibility for Product quality and dispensing accuracy rests with the concerned Partner Pharmacy in accordance with applicable law.
