• Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nimeson P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

• How Nimeson P Tablet works Nimeson P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Nimesulide and Paracetamol. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

  Alcohol:

  It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Nimeson P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet.

  Driving:

  It is not known whether Nimeson P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

  Kidney:

  Nimeson P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nimeson P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Nimeson P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
