• Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Manforce Staylong Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.However, take it with a lighter meal as it takes a longer time to work when taken with heavy meal.

• Manforce Staylong Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Sildenafil and Dapoxetine, which treats male erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor which works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which increases the level of serotonin in nerves to increase the time taken to ejaculate and improve control over ejaculation.

  Alcohol:

  Taking Sildenafil with alcohol may lower blood pressure.

  Driving:

  Do not drive unless you are feeling well.You may feel sleepy, dizzy, faint, have difficulty concentrating and blurred vision while taking this medicine. This may affect your driving ability.

  Kidney:

  Manforce Staylong Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Manforce Staylong Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Manforce Staylong Tablet is not advised in patients with severe kidney disease.

  Liver:

  Manforce Staylong Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Manforce Staylong Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Manforce Staylong Tablet is not recommended in patients with moderate to severe liver disease.

• 
  Pregnancy:

  Unknown. Human and animal studies are not available. Please consult your doctor.

  Breastfeeding:

  Manforce Staylong Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
