• How Codifresh DX Syrup works.Codifresh DX Syrup is a combination of three medicines: phenylephrine, chlorpheniramine maleate, and dextromethorphan hydrobromide. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows the small blood vessels in the nose, providing relief from nasal congestion or stuffiness. Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antiallergic medicine that relieves symptoms such as a runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Dextromethorphan hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of the cough center in the brain.
